My journey started as a merit scholarship student who chose software engineering because it seemed like the right path. A couple of years in it didn't excite me, so I stepped into ecommerce, learned deeply, freelanced briefly, then joined my first agency as an intern. I was promoted to Brand Manager during probation and to Operations Specialist shortly after. 

Since then I've managed high-responsibility roles, trained juniors, and worked across brands and agencies on everything from catalog operations to account health, inventory forecasting, and reinstatements. My software engineering background shaped how I think: data, systems, and logic.

What keeps me invested is problem-solving.  I enjoy fixing what’s broken, whether it’s a suppressed listing, wasted ad spend, or a complex account issue. I don’t stop until there’s clarity and a solution.  

Off Amazon, I enjoy chess, photography, connecting with my people, trying out new cuisines, planning fun activities for my 47 little angels at an orphanage and everything that involves color.
